Cancellations
We kindly ask that you notify us no less than 48hrs of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours are subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations made within 24hrs will be charged 50% of service reserved. No call, no show will result with full charge of the service reserved. A valid cc must be on file to book any services.
Adjustment policy
We want you to love your hair, which is why we take so much time and care into your service. If you are unhappy with your results, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We do not offer refunds.
Late policy
If you are more than 15 min late to your appointment we may need to amend or reschedule your service(s). You will still be responsible for paying 50% of the services not able to be completed.
Retail
Returns and exchanges are only accepted to unopened product within 2 weeks of purchase. No returns on brushes + accessories.
Extension hair purchase
Hair purchased is your to keep. Domane is not responsible for extensions damaged or
Discolored after install.
Personal Belongings & Clothing Policy
While every precaution is taken to provide a clean, comfortable, and attentive service experience, hair color, lightener, glosses, toners, and other chemical services can occasionally come into contact with clothing, jewelry, handbags, or personal belongings. Domane the Salon is not liable for damage, discoloration, or staining to any garments or personal items brought into or worn during your appointment. We kindly recommend guests wear clothing they feel comfortable in and avoid delicate, high-value, or specialty fabrics when receiving color or chemical services.
