Debbe, the owner and founder of DOMANE, cultivated a space where modern luxury hair meets a relaxed, warm atmosphere. With 26 years of experience, her approach is grounded in artistry, authenticity, and a deep respect for the craft. As an independent educator and mentor, Debbe is dedicated to developing a team that values education, growth, and collaboration. DOMANE reflects her belief that when artists feel supported and inspired, the work and experience naturally elevate.

Her background behind the chair and at the front of house allows her to support the team with ease, clarity, and intention. As Domane’s Salon Coordinator, Amanda oversees appointment flow and guest services, ensuring each visit feels seamless from booking through departure. She is passionate about creating a calm, elevated experience and is known for her thoughtful attention to detail, warm presence, and relaxing head massages.

Liz has over 12 years of experience, including several years as an independent stylist and business owner. She is highly sought after for her color corrections and beautiful, lived-in color. Recently, she has added k-tip extensions to her repertoire, elevating her clients’ manes with volume and length.
